Hi, I’m Halie, a Certified Breathwork Healer based in Southern, NH.
Whether you’ve never even heard of Breathwork, or it was love at first breath, like me, you’ve come to the right place.
When I discovered Breathwork, I started rediscovering myself.
It was like the missing puzzle piece that I didn’t even know was missing.
I had been exploring my healing by leaning into more holistic, spiritual, self-loving, and self-healing practices when I found it.
I went into my first session with zero expectations and without a real understanding of just how impactful Breathwork would be.
That evening, I had the most profound experience of healing that I had ever had, and I continue to make these breakthroughs with this practice today.
I felt supported, empowered, and loved, and it wasn’t only coming from the amazing Healer in the room, guiding me. It was coming from within. I was accessing the deep wisdom and love that were already mine.
Breathwork has taught me how to harness all of that.
How to deepen my intuition and my connection to myself simply by using my own breath.
I have been able to let go of so much “stuff” that I had carried around inside of me for so long.
